Ms. Taylor prepares her lessons at home on her iPad: worksheets in GoodNotes, PDFs, a few pictures. Printing at school used to be the tedious part. Not anymore!
She simply taps on “Share → Follow'2'Print.” When she arrives at school in the morning, she goes to any printer, scans the QR code, authenticates herself, and the printout starts. Alternatively, she selects the printer in the Follow'2'Print-App.
This works without driver chaos and across all manufacturers for all devices, thanks to our patented solution for printing without printer drivers. Whether it's worksheets, class tests, or letters to parents, Ms. Taylor decides what to print at the device – exactly when she needs it.

Together, it's faster: share a document with colleagues and they can pick it up themselves. Students can also print materials themselves – easily at an MFP or printer in the library or school office.
The result: fewer obstacles, more teaching. Prepare at home, print securely at school - as easy as it should always have been.

- Send: On your iPad, in any app, via Share → Follow'2'Print.
- Authorize: At school, scan the QR code on the printer or select the printer in the app.

- Document data is not sent to the cloud, but directly from the end device to the storage in the school network (a Windows VM is sufficient).
- Secure communication and login (e.g., OAuth2) run via the certified docuFORM Cloud, which is hosted in Germany.
- No VPN required!
- Global Printer Client on the storage: driverless, cross-manufacturer, for every printer (MFP optional).
